Pasadena condo residents angry over dozens of towed cars

MRA Property Management Inc., the agent for a sprawling development with views of the Patapsco River in Pasadena, recently instituted a zero-tolerance policy for those violating the development's parking policy, which has resulted in 87 "illegally parked" vehicles being towed from the development since October. Above, Stan Karloff holds his valid vehicle registration. His Dodge Caravan was recently towed for allegedly having an expired registration.

City council may delay reopening of Market House

Ambitious plans for a renovated Market House to reopen in downtown Annapolis this spring may be stymied by the Annapolis city council, which is calling for more time to consider a new lease proposal with the Baltimore-based company selected to revive the historic market.
