At iiNet, we work hard to deliver innovative products and customer service. Over the years, we're proud to have received recognition for our innovation. Listed below are some of our recent awards:

Finalists for the 2010 Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards are announced in February 2011. iiNet is shortlisted in the Product category for its fetchtv 2 product.

The January 2011 issue of Australian PC & Tech Authority Magazine announces iiNet the winner of Best Wireless Broadband ISP. There were more than 6500 votes in this category and iiNet scored highly for reliability as well as customer support.

Following on from iiNet's ranking in the Deloitte Technology Fast50, the company goes on to be listed in Deloitte's Technology Fast500™ for Asia Pacific in December 2010. The program recognises technology companies that have achieved the fastest rates of annual revenue growth in Asia Pacific over the past three years.

In November 2010, iiNet is announced a Finalist in the 'Big Kahuna' category of the Australian Anthill Cool Company Awards. These awards were launched in February 2006 as a way for Anthill Magazine to recognise Australian organisations that are doing things differently to bring about positive change."

At the National Finals of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) Awards in November 2010, iiNet’s Marketing Team is awarded Bronze in the Effectiveness category for their BoB™ rental Direct Mail campaign.

iiNet is once again listed on the Deloitte Technology Fast50 list in November 2010. This awards program ranks Australia's fastest growing technology companies. iiNet also picks up one of the six inaugural 'Leadership Awards', that recognise established companies with a  strong growth record.

At the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s Service Excellence Awards in November 2010, iiNet takes home five awards including National Large Business of the Year.

In September 2010, iiNet’s Marketing Team is recognised at the WA Australian Marketing Institute Awards by being chosen as a National Finalist in the New Product/ Service category for BoB™.

iiNet's Sydney contact centre is awarded New South Wales Teleservices Centre of the Year <120 FTE at the state chapter Australian Teleservices Association Awards in August 2010.

At the 2010 ACOMMS Communications Alliance and CommsDay Awards held in July 2010, iiNet takes home the Innovation Large Company award for BoB™.

In June 2010, iiNet is once again selected as 'runner-up' at the WA Business News Best Employer Awards. This recognition affirms that the ISP is a business leader in the area of staff engagement.

iiNet is awarded Carrier of the Year in March 2010 at the Australian Telecommunications Users Group Excellence Awards.

In March 2010, iiNet is highly commended for its innovative 'work from home' program at the Australian Telecommunications Users Group Broadband Awards.

In March 2010, iiNet's BoB™ modem is selected as the overall winner in the Product category of the 2009 Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards.

iiNet is announced a three time Gold Winner in Money magazine's Dec 2009 - Jan 2010 issue. The company takes out Cheapest Broadband Plan - Light User, Cheapest Broadband Plan - Medium User and Cheapest Broadband Plan - Heavy User in the Best of the Best 2010.

In September 2009 over 17,000 consumers vote in the Australian PC Authority Best Tech Awards - the country's largest tech survey. Results are released in December 2009 and iiNet is Highly Commended in the inaugural Wireless Broadband category.

Australia's peak customer service organisation the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) recognises iiNet in October 2009, with the Australian Service Excellence Award for WA Large Business (Over 500 FTE) and WA Contact Centre of the Year. iiNet’s Perth Contact Centre Manager Vernon Lawrence also takes home WA Call Centre Manager of the Year, while Michael Malone picks up National Customer Service CEO of the Year.

iiNet is named In the Top 20 'Most admired customer service companies' across Australia and New Zealand by International Customer Service Professionals in October 2009. Nominated by peer business, iiNet was amongst the likes of Apple, Google, Mercedes Benz and Qantas.
iiNet wins two awards at the 9th Annual Media, Entertainment & Telecommunications Awards in September 2009.  The company takes home the award for Best Broadband Service (Fixed or Wireless) and Michael Malone is announced Chief Executive of the Year.
iiNet picks up the Web Marketing Association's WebAward for Best Internet Service Provider Website in September 2009. The awards received over 2000 entries from 45 countries and saw iiNet judged against Internet Service Providers from all over the world.
iiNet band 'soulTrain' takes out the top prize at Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation's Boardroom Blitz in August 2009. This unique 'corporate rock' charity event helps raise vital funds for the children's charity.
In August 2009, iiNet picks up the ACOMMS Communications Alliance & CommsDay Award for Commitment to Customer Service. iiNet's application focuses on the Follow the Sun customer service strategy, Work from Home program, Toolbox improvements and Customer Education Initiatives like iiHelp and Geek Speak.
iiNet is announced runner-up for the inaugural WA Business News' Best Employers Award (Large Category) in July 2009. The application process involved an anonymous survey being sent out to iiNet staff to rate their employer.
At the Australian Teleservices Association (ATA) Awards in July 2009, iiNet collects awards for WA Teleservices Manager of the Year (Vernon Lawrence) and our Perth Contact Centre is awarded Teleservices Centre of the Year Over 120 fte.
After winning in the same category a year prior, iiNet is highly commended and announced as an ATUG Awards finalist for Carrier of the Year in March 2009.
iiNet's 'Follow the Sun' approach to customer service receives commendation in January 2009 when iiNet is announced as a finalist in the Service Delivery & Training category of the 2008 Western Australian Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards (WAITTA).
Finalists in the 2008 ACOMMS Communications Alliance & CommsDay Awards in the Industry Leadership Innovation - Large Company category, August 2008.
iiNet wins Campaign of the Year and is named a finalist in the Advertiser of the Year category (up against RAC and Ikea) at Campaign Brief's Oasis ball, the WA Advertising industry's biggest awards night, March 2008.
WA Business News names iiNet as WA's Most Improved Brand for the second consecutive year, in their annual brand survey. iiNet also makes it into the top five WA's Most Recognised Brands list, behind RAC, Bunnings, HBF and Lotterywest, July 2008.
Finalists in the 2008 ATA Awards in the Contact Centre of the Year and Team Leader of the Year categories, July 2008.
2008 ATUG Carrier of the Year - the Australian Telecommunications User Group awarded iiNet for its cost effective and efficient services to the Australian broadband community, March 2008.
