Dear friends of winter triathlon!

Very shortly we hope to present offers for transportation to and from the airport as well as between hotel and venue.

 Kindly note that the event at Lygna also has become a part of the world cup so athletes from other continents are welcomed.

 If you are coming to Norway for both events we recommend you  to travel by plane to Oslo International Airport Gardermoen. From there it’s less than one hour by car to Lygna Ski resort and book in at Lygna Hotel which is 1 km only from the arena. On Sunday after the prize awards you go to Ricca Hotel Gardermoen. This is the place for opening ceremony ,race meetings etc. Sessvollmoen is situated  about 10 km north of Gardermoen and we’ll put up shuttle buses if necessary. There is of course such transport between this hotel and the airport (five minutes drive).Thus everybody should be able to catch a plane back home on Sunday afternoon.

Presently the snow conditions are satisfying in the Oslo area, though a bit cold.

We hope these championships event will be a meeting place for winter triathletes from the whole world and play an important part in the ITU work to develop this sport further.
