What is the ACLO?
The ACLO is the over arching student sports organization of the University of Groningen (RUG) and the Hanzehogeschool Groningen (HG). The ACLO determines the supply of sports for the students of both schools. The ACLO was founded in 1945 and is the largest student sports organization in the Netherlands. The ACLO represents Student Sports in Groningen as well nationally. In 2007-2008 over 17.000 students worked out at the ACLO. For only €52 a year, an ACLO-athlete can work out as much as he or she may desire. This makes the ACLO the most important supplier of sports in Groningen.
Internal Futsalcompetition!
The sign-up for internall futsal at ACLO are open again! This competition provides an opportunity to play futsal without being part of a club. Whether you're just starting out with futsal, have some experienceor you're an outright pro, you'll find opponents of any level here.Games are played 5 v 5 (including the goalkeeper)and take half an hour per game.
