US student pays fees in 14,000 single dollar bills
A Colorado University student has made a statement about the cost of higher education by paying his tuition fees in cash.
Nic Ramos said staff were ''not too pleased'' at having to count $14,000 in single dollar bills.
University spokesman Michael Carrigan said the faculty had sustained millions of dollars in cuts, and the State of Colorado needed to step in.
