The Department of Development & Engineering Services is comprised of five divisions: Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, Housing and Redevelopment, and Engineering. The Department is committed to providing high quality service to our customers. As public servants, our role is to provide multi-disciplinary expertise to enhance all aspects of city development. Each of us embraces a spirit of teamwork as we increase the efficiency and effectiveness of local government.
