All Sales Are Final.  Any refused and returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges incurred to your home/business and back to our warehouse will be deducted from the original sales price.  Any returned furniture must be in complete original packaging and arrive in new condition.

 

We are glad to answer questions and provide clarification on any furniture set.  We are not responsible for decorating errors and stains of existing pieces not matching.  Please communicate with us if you have special decor needs or are matching your existing home pieces.

 

*Shipping is FREE to residents in the Continental United States.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or any other area outside of the United States.

 

Delivery Times vary from 1-6 weeks.  An average is about 10 business days.  If you have special circumstances for delivery please Contact Us and we will gladly work with you.

 

Furniture Sets are shipped via freight carrier, on pallets and new in boxes.  Typically, items are delivered to the outside of your home and it is your responsibility to remove boxes and set-up your furniture set.  Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.   Please check your items before signing the delivery receipt.   White Glove delivery is sometimes an option.  Please inquire about White Glove Delivery options in your area.

 

Dressers, Chests, Armoires, Nightstands and other Bedroom Set case pieces arrive assembled.  Most Beds will need to be attached together, as well as Mirrors to the Dressers.  Screws and hardware are included and basic tools may be required.

 

China Cabinets and Curios arrive assembled.

Tables and Chairs usually need basic assembly.  Again, screws and hardware are included and basic tools may be required.

 

Sofas arrive assembled.

 

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Paypal and Checks.  All forms of payment must clear before furniture sets are shipped. 

 

We are based in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex.  All Texas Residents are required to pay 8.5% Sales Tax.
