Condition:
Salt efflorescence in the building's brick structure. Otherwise, there are no threats.

A study is underway by the Getty Conservation Institute to determine the factors leading to the heavy salt efflorescence in the brick structure of the building's basement. The report will provide guidelines for care of the structure.
