Bob Pozen

Robert Pozen is chairman of MFS Investment Management. He teaches at Harvard Business School and before that was John Olin Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School.

He served on President Bush’s Commission to Strengthen Social Security in 2001 and in 2008 chaired the SEC Advisory Committee on Improving Financial Reporting.

From 1987 to 2001, he work at Fidelity Investments, where he was vice-chairman. Before joining Fidelity, he was associate general counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission.

He graduated from Harvard College and was an editor of the Yale Law Journal. In November 2009, John Wiley published his latest book, “Too Big To Save? How to Fix the US Financial System”. - -
