Some Things We Learned This Year
The Gamits HTML5 Interactive Video
Today we're excited to officially announce the interactive music video we created for our friends in the Gamits. The project aims to promote the song "This Shell" from their new album, Parts. Playing off the theme of "parts" and built with HTML5, users are presented with scattered pieces of the video which we filmed and animated in our studio. If they are able to put it back together before the video is over they are given a free download of the song. Give it a try for yourself.
Welcome the newest Legworker: Else!
Legwork welcomes the newest little munchkin to the family - Else K. Wiggins - 8lbs 1oz, born Dec. 1st at 4:52PM. Congratulations to Matt and Emily for a job well done. The Legwork empire is going to be huge!
Welcome Zack Citro
Legwork would like to officially welcome Zack Citro to our team. Fresh out of school, Zack will be bringing the noise as our newest motion graphic destroyer. He's been with us for over a year now as an intern, so we thought it was time we stopped paying him in beer and gave him some cash. While we still expect him to spend most of his days drinking beer and falling off his bike, we know when he does decide to do some work he'll be a valuable asset to our animation team. The Gears Keep Grinding
We're not sure how this year slipped away so fast. Here we are two months shy of 2011 still thinking about BBQ's and bike rides. If anyone had told us how busy we'd be this year we probably wouldn't have believed them. Time flies when you're having fun, and all of our partners new and old have brought us exciting projects the whole year. We're lucky to be able to work with such a great bunch. If you haven't browsed the portfolio for a while, be sure to check out the new work we just posted for Airwalk, Evergreen Solar, Boa, and Stapleton.
