The main UIS education survey 2011 consists of following questionnaires:

Countries participating in the Institute's World Education Indicators (WEI) Programme also participate in the UOE data collection. To better serve this group, slight modifications were introduced to the UOE data collection instruments. The modifications include differences to certain questionnaires, some tables within questionnaires were made optional and a questionnaire on curriculum was added. The modifications are specified in volumes 1 and 2 of the UOE instruction manual.
