Jagmeet Singh, leads a new generation of leaders equipped with a set of skills, emotion and drive unparalleled by many.

Unlike any other Candidate in his riding Jagmeet Singh is a proven advocate, presenting a young and fresh voice fluent in 3 languages – English, French and Punjabi.

Jagmeet Singh is currently a criminal defence lawyer practicing in the Peel region where he fights for the rights of underprivileged community members.

After completing his B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Western Ontario, Jagmeet Singh then earned a LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Jagmeet Singh is a community activist and speaker for issues around human rights, healthcare and immigration.  His drive and competitive edge is a part of his daily life and has propelled him to new heights in the courthouse, community and even as an avid grappler in the ring.

With a large skill set, Jagmeet Singh has implemented each of this characterstic’s as a lawyer, advocate and defender of social justice by offering  free legal rights seminars for university students across Ontario. Additionally, he  has acted as pro bono legal counsel for a number of youth and community organizations across the Greater Toronto Area.
