Allyson needs bloodAN urgent appeal for has been issued for O-positive blood for veteran television presenter Allyson Hennessy, who is currently at the St Clair Medical Hospital after falling seriously ill two Fridays ago. Hennessy, who hosted the programme Community Dateline for several years, was rushed to the St Clair Medical Centre for treatment on April 8 after falling seriously ill. Hennessy, who is also known for her colourful Carnival commentary, owns the VeniMange West Indian restaurant with her sister, Rosemary Hezekiah, and is married to radio personality Emmett Hennessy. |
