The Missional Manifesto

I hope you’ll take some time to read through this and, assuming you agree with it, sign your name. It is called “the missional manifesto,” and represents a (in my opinion) matured and well articulated vision of what it means to be missional. I realize that compliment is a little awkward since I am also one of the authors of this, but I really do like where the team putting this together ended up. Other authors include Tim Keller, Alan Hirsch, Ed Stetzer, Eric Mason, Brad Andrews, and Dan Kimball.

The word “missional” has been around for a while. I think this document is timely and necessary, because it articulates in a theologically faithful but missionally practical way what all the fuss is about. Most of all, the document keeps the Gospel right dead in the center of all that we do.

Gospel-centered, missional churches is a legitimate movement, and putting your name on this document will only help further it. If you’re “for it,” let us know. Sign here!
