Jelena's bust with her hands crossed at the waist, facing front in a richly ornamented low-cut dress, her long hair pinned by necklace and pearls.
Two-piece borderline inscription: GROF ZRJNYJ - JLLONA.

Reverse:
In the middle of a circular field, a horizontal inscription in seven lines: F. VADASZI/ HÉRCZ Iso RAKnCZY/ FERENCZ / ES KÉSMARKI / GROF TÖKÖLY JMREHITVESE / SZÜL 1643 dik. ESZT. / MHT. 1703 ban / FEBR 18 kan.
The inscription has been engraved.
