Brentford striker Nicky Forster announces retirement

Brentford striker Nicky Forster has retired from playing to concentrate on his managerial career.
The 37-year-old was put in temporary charge of the League One club in March following the sacking of Andy Scott.
Despite leading them to a mid-table finish and the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final, Forster has been told he is not in the running for the permanent job.
"I have had a fantastic career but the time has come to cross over into management," he said.
"I've scored 200 goals in 700 games and haven't got anything left to achieve as a player, so I want to concentrate on management."
The forward is in his second spell at Brentford, having spent three years with the Bees from 1994 to 1997, scoring 47 goals in 136 games.
After leaving Griffin Park, he went on to play for Birmingham City, Reading, Ipswich, Hull, Brighton and Charlton.
Forster returned to Brentford at the start of the season on a free transfer and made 18 league appearances before taking over as boss.
