Through her exhibitions — among them Design and the Elastic Mind in 2008 — teachings and writing, Paola strives to promote a deeper understanding of design's transformative and constructive influence on the world. She is very proud of a recent acquisition into MoMA's Collection: the @ sign. She is working on several exhibition ideas — including the upcoming Talk to Me — and on the book Design Bites, about basic foods taken as examples of outstanding design.

Steven was the co-founder and Director of Industries for Masdar – Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, a $15 billion technology development program by the government of Abu Dhabi (UAE) to strategically diversify its economy away from an overreliance on natural resources. There he successfully led a team which built Masdar from a start-up into a global brand name and leading investor in renewable energy and “clean” technologies. He founded and constructed Masdar PV, a $600 million company producing advanced photovoltaic technology, and created R&D; partnerships with prominent applied-research scientists and laboratories. He also played a key role in creating the world’s first graduate-level research institute dedicated to renewable energy (Masdar Institute) in partnership with MIT, which included implementing a world-class framework for commercialization of innovative research and technology transfer. Mikhail Gerchuk was appointed Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of MTS in December 2008. In his current role, Mr. Gerchuk is responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s marketing, sales and customer service strategies, as well as realization of overall revenue targets. Mr. Gerchuk joined MTS in August 2007 as the Group Marketing Director. He spent multiple years in Ukraine and Russia helping companies to achieve their international trade objectives before he moved to Australia, where he studied E-commerce and Internet Marketing (University of Technology Sydney). Since 2011, he serves as Chief Marketing Officer for fashion e-commerce project Lamoda.ru by Rocket Internet GmbH, a leading European incubator fund. Also, Mr. Godska is shareholder in a number of innovating start ups in the mobile and online travel sector, such as www.gekko.com, www.travelfed.com, gvmachines (www.kabanchi.com) and others. Damian Kudriavtsev is a poet and a publisher, born in 1971 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), Russia. He is also known as creator, co-owner and manager of a number of Russian internet companies and media projects. He studied journalism at Leningrad State University and philology at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 1990 Kudryavtsev moved to Israel, where he published his first book of verse (“Poems”) and worked as an editor of “EYE” – one of the first Russian online magazines. In 1995 he moved back to Russia and since then has resided in Moscow. Soon Kudryavtsev became chief producer of Netskate – company that launched MSNBC/Russia, Anekdot.ru, Paravozov-News and other web sites. After a year Kudryavtsev headed Cityline, one of the first major Internet providers in Moscow, and co-founded a number of media projects (forum.msk.ru, Dorenko.net, literary magazine “Ay” etc). His verse, essays and articles have been published in many Russian and foreign literary journals (NLO, Vavilon, 22, Itogi). In 2002, the publisher "Nezavisimaya Gazeta" released his new book, "The Practice of Russian Poetry". In January 2006 Kudryavtsev was appointed CEO of the Kommersant publishing house. Under his guidance Kommersant has recently launched its own TV channel KommersantTV and radio station Kommersant FM.

This project called Alter Ego focused the company on 3D VR technology and ParaGraph became one of the leaders in VRML industry. In 2005 he started a company Evernote and serves the company as a board member.

He is a member of Ford's Technology Advisory Board – a group of twelve senior most internal technical leaders or fellows. Prasad received the B.E. degree from the University of Madras (NIT-Trichy) in 1980, the M.S.E.E. degree from IIT, Madras, in 1984, the M.S.E.E. degree from Washington State University, Pullman, in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, in 1990, all broadly in Electrical & Computer Engineering. He is on the advisory board of several private-public academic partnerships involving academia, the government and industry, including the Ford-Massachusetts Institute of Technology Strategic Alliance and the EECS Department at Northwestern University; he is also the Chair of the ECE Department Visiting Committee at Michigan State University. From 1996 to 1998, Prasad led research in the area of electronic imaging, pattern recognition, and associated vehicle system integration to support active vehicle safety and security applications. From 1992 to 1996, he was a Senior Research Scientist at the Ricoh California Research Center, Menlo Park, CA. Al Seckel, formerly of the California Institute of Technology, is internationally recognized as one of the world's leading authorities on visual and other types of sensory illusions, specifically how they relate to perception. He has authored over 15 books on the subject (several best-sellers, two have won national book awards). His formal training was in theoretical physics, where he was a close student and friend of the late legendary Nobel Prize winning physicist Richard Feynman.
