Alexys Nycole Sanchez Gives Adorable Acceptance Speech at Movie Awards

Alexys Nycole SanchezThe MTV Movie Awards were full of crude jokes, some inappropriate crotch grabbing and even and uncensored F-word, but the most adorable moment of night undoubtedly goes to Alexys Nycole Sanchez.

The precious little lady had the audience swooning as she accepted her popcorn trophy for 'Best Line From a Movie' with, "I want to get chocolate wasted," from the film 'Grown Ups.' She had presenters Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel, as well as many of the A-list stars in the crowd watching in awe as she stepped up to the podium and delivered an eloquent thank you, ending with her famous line.

Sanchez ran up on stage in her flowing pink party dress to accept the award, which is new to the show this year, beating out Amanda Bynes and Emma Stone with their line from 'Easy A,' "There is a higher power that will judge you for your indecency." "Tom Cruise?" And what seemed to be the favorite, Jesse Eisenberg's "If you guys were the inventors of Facebook, you'd have invented Facebook" from the 'Social Network.'

It was certainly the sweetest and easily the most innocent acceptance speech of the evening, let's just hope she had some earmuffs for the rest of the night.

MTV Stands for 'More Twilight Victories' Yet Again

Oh well. The MTV Movie Awards tried to push the envelpe this year, with limited success. First-time host Jason Sudeikis' at-times-clunky monologue was rife with Arnold Schwarzenegger infidelity jokes, sexual humor and cheap digs at attending celebrities.

Most award presenters (among them 'Mr. Poppers Penguins' Jim Carrey, 'Transformers 3' stars Shia LaBeouf, Patrick Dempsey, Rosie Huntington-Whitley and Josh Duhamel, and 'Friends With Benefits' stars Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis) followed suit with similar sex jokes. Sudeikis said that MTV stands for 'More Twilight Victories,' and he wasn't far off.

'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson won three awards overall, and was onstage or on-camera for at least 20 percent of the show, and 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' won for every single category it was nominated for. The legions of Twihards have spoken.

Justin BieberLooks like the joke is on us.

Justin Bieber surprised fans and fellow celebrities alike when he showed up on stage to accept his award for Best Jaw Dropping Moment for his dance performance in 'Never Say Never' at tonight's MTV Movie Awards.

The teen sensation was reportedly not coming to the star studded event, but appeared from backstage to accept his popcorn award from Danny McBride, Nick Swardson and Aziz Ansari, dressed as Bieber's pal Jaden Smith. The trio joked about the teen being a no show before the crowd cheered as the 17-year-old walked into the stage lights.

Robert Pattinson Slips an F-Bomb During Reese Fete

By PopEater Staff  Posted Jun 5th 2011 11:05PM

A presumably lubricated Robert Pattinson stumbled his way through a tribute to his 'Water for Elephants' co-star Reese Witherspoon at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, flubbing teed-up punchlines and dropping an epic f**k-bomb that proved too nimble for censors.

Following a short speech by Patrick Dempsey, R.Patz appeared confused when it came time for him to speak about Witherspoon, who was receiving the Generation Award. After some inaudible giggling and a "This is the worst" observation by co-presenter Chelsea Handler, Pattinson began telling about the first time he worked with Witherspoon.

MTV Drops 'Breaking Dawn' Exclusive During Movie Awards

MTV teased us with the promise of an exclusive sneak peek of 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1' at this year's MTV Movie Awards, including a glimpse of the much-anticipated wedding between Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson). They didn't disappoint.

The preview started with excited -- and some not so enthused, ahem Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner) -- guests receiving invitations to the nuptials. The audience couldn't contain its squeals when an enraged Jake ripped his shirt off to go for a run in the woods, in the rain no less.

Reese WitherspoonSolid colors, what a snooze.

Some of Hollywood's hottest movie actresses put their best feet forward tonight as they stepped out at this year's MTV Movie Awards with a little bit of edge and a whole lot of style.

Prints ruled on the red carpet as stars, both young and old, glammed it up with vibrant colors and bold patterns.

Veteran beauty Reese Witherspoon and newcomer Lily Collins channeled their inner animal with twists on the classic cheetah prints, while Kristen Stewart and Leighton Meester sparkled in their micro minis.

Another young starlet, Elle Fanning, makes casual look chic pairing metallic heels with her adorable pink romper.

With so many vibrant personalities in one place, these ladies certainly know how to make themselves standout.

After spending the last few weeks vacationing in Hawaii with her superstar boyfriend, Justin Bieber, and even making a pit stop in Canada to meet his family, Selena Gomez made an appearance at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday evening.

The adorable actress/singer wasn't shy about showing off her tanned legs, strutting her stuff in a white Giambattista Valli minidress. The 18-year-old star will be cheering for Bieber, who is nominated for Best Jaw Dropping Moment for his concert documentary 'Never Say Never.'

Bieber was thought to be absent from the show, but the little scallywag popped out from backstage after winning the Jaw Dropping award.
