Paul Reiser has joked that his recent debacle with NBC was just an expensive media blitz for his third book, 'Familyhood,' and in a way he's right. Being axed by the last-place network after only two episodes gave the 'Mad About You' actor a pedestal to A) Rip on his former bosses and, B) Bring up his latest tome, which is you guessed it ... about being a dad to Ezra and Leon (ages 15 and 11). Reiser's previous books were about marriage and becoming a dad. He spoke to PopEater about his new book, being an embarrassing father to his boys and his disappointment in being given the gong so quickly at the network he made millions for. His theory for why the Peacock-ers gave up on 'The Paul Reiser Show'?

"Literally, it could not have been a less opportune moment," to air a new show, he says. "It was bought by some people and then the entire network was sold so there was no real investment on anybody's part ... all shows are moving parts on their chessboard, they don't get particularly attached."

Rihanna kicked off her Loud tour with a bang in Baltimore on Saturday, offering up a naughty dance, and covering Prince all in the same show.

Taking a page out of her friend Nicki Minaj's book, RiRi treated a lucky fan to a lap dance during the song 'Skin,' off of her 'Loud' album. Decked out in a white leotard, the 23-year-old seductively climbed on top of a female audience member who was lying down on a rotating prop similar to a bed. The red-haired songstress then got cozy beside the fan as they descended below the stage.

The pop star also tried her hand at the Prince song 'Darling Nikki,' for which she donned a black suit while her female dancer moved and grooved at her feet.

Clearly feeling the love, Rihanna took to her Twitter page to give a shout out to the city. "Baltimore is CRUNK!!!!" she wrote.

Though it was reported last week they had split, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez are still very much together, Extra reports.

While promoting her upcoming film, 'Bad Teacher,' Diaz revealed she laughs off rumors about the status of her relationship with Rodriguez. "If I want to read gossip, I read about somebody else's life. I can't worry about what other people say. It's fine to say whatever you want as long as you actually don't know what's going on in my life."

Sources told UsMagazine.com that the couple seemed stronger than ever at Sunday night's MTV Movie Awards afterparty at L.A.'s SoHo House. The pair were "very affectionate" and kissed several times throughout the evening while mingling with friends.

While making a surprise appearance at the MTV Movie Awards this past Sunday night, Justin Bieber took the opportunity to unveil a new accessory--a pair of earrings!

Bieber, who was reportedly not going to show up to the awards show, made a surprised appearance when he appeared from backstage to accept the award for Best Jaw-Dropping Moment. And when he picked up his trophy, lo and behold, he was sporting a pair of black studs, UsMagazine.com noted.

The 17-year-old teen superstar also wore white pants and a bright blue blazer over a t-shirt. No word on how his girlfriend, fellow teen star Selena Gomez, feels about his new jewelry.

Clad in their chic leather jackets, sunglasses, helmets and love for the open road, Gerard Butler and Jessica Biel look every bit the part of a Harley Davidson commercial. Biel, 29, was latched onto Butler, 41, as the pair caught some wind along California's Pacific Coast Highway, according to Us Magazine.

The duo became further acquainted while filming their forthcoming romantic comedy, 'Playing the Field,' which happened to occur in the midst of Biel's breakup with longtime beau, Justin Timberlake. So is this fiercely attractive twosome simply co-stars or is there a budding relationship on the horizon?

It looks like things are getting rather serious between Hollywood's perpetual single gal, Jennifer Aniston, and new boyfriend, Justin Theroux. They attended the MTV Movie Awards After Party at the Soho House in West Hollywood and from the looks of this photo, she seems to be keeping a very close eye on her new beau.

Theroux was chatting with the Movie Award's host, Jason Sudeikis, and Aniston was caught by photographers, giving the pair quite a glare.

Since Aniston's split with ex-husband Brad Pitt in 2005, she has had her fair share of public heartache and is often made out to look like the poor lonely lady scorned by the men that leave her. Do daggers like these look like they are coming from someone who has had her heartbroken a few times? You be the judge of that.

Despite this chilling stare, Aniston and Theroux are reportedly getting along famously. She introduced him to her friends earlier this month and they attended last night's event as very much a pair, perhaps he can be the one to break her unlucky streak?

Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson, who just broke off their romantic relationship, have shown a determination to remain friends, even hanging out together over the weekend backstage at Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards. Now, if that surprises you, friends and insiders point out this is nothing new for the beautiful vixen.

"If you remember after Scarlett confirmed her split from husband Ryan the two continued to see each other and have dinner together," a friend of the actress tells me. "She is incredible. Just because you are no longer with someone doesn't mean you stop caring about them and never want to see them again. She still cares a great deal about Sean and couldn't imagine seeing him at an event or award show and not saying hello. Only children act like that!"

Scarlett flew in from New Mexico where she has been filming 'The Avengers,' recreating the role of Black Widow from 'Iron Man 2,' while Sean was recently in France debuting his films 'The Tree of Life' and 'This Must Be the Place' at the Canne Film Festival.
