Producer extraordinaire Phil Ramone and acclaimed singer-songwriter Danielle Evin have been working together since 2006. Ramone is one of the most respected and prolific music producers in the recording industry. He has earned 14 Grammy Awards (out of 36 nominations), an Emmy and numerous other honors and accolades, and has pioneered many of the technological advances in modern studio and live remote recording. His remarkably diverse production credits involve the biggest names in the music business and include Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Bob Dylan, Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Elton John, Dixie Chicks, Sheryl Crow, B.B. King, Madonna, Liza Minnelli, Luciano Pavarotti, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Sting and Paul Simon.

Ramone's recent memoir Making Records documents his early support of the compact disc format (the first CD ever pressed was his production of Billy Joel's classic “52nd Street”), the digital video disc (he produced the first pop DVD release, “Dave Grusin Presents West Side Story”), hi-definition recording and surround sound. He has produced for concert performance, film, Broadway and television, and is extremely active in a number of music organizations including the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (he is the Chairman Emeritus of the organization's Board of Trustees). Ramone is also a champion of music educational programs (he serves on the boards of the National Mentoring Partnership and the Berklee College of Music) and is a Trustee of the Songwriters Hall Of Fame and a member of the National Recording Preservation Board of the Library of Congress.

Evin recorded her critically praised, self-titled debut album with Grammy-winning producer Jack Douglas, and is currently completing a new album with Ramone, to be released later this year. She has performed extensively on tour and on television. Her comprehensive knowledge of music perfectly complements Phil's--as does her passion for it. Together, the pair have created a service that has become an invaluable Internet music resource.
