Here's she going to college...Brown, NYU or Betty Ford?

That's good. It seems like she comes from a good family who teach the girls to be responsible and try to bring some normalcy to their lives. Is "normalcy" a real world? I haven't had my caffeine yet and it looks weird to me. Hmmm.

Lazy journalism cracks me up. The kid is making millions of dollars acting in lead roles, something only a few get to do and few kids ever get to do. But doing something that 70% of the country manages to do is her "biggest role".

Please stop glamorizing high school as the pinnacle of achievement. They aren't the best days of your life. Even people who don't graduate high school can go on to bigger and better things. Education is an important and necessary step to becoming a functioning citizen of the world. But it is only the beginning. Your biggest role is hopefully yet to come.

I don't believe the point of this article was to glamorize high school. It was meant to show a young actress who decided to stay in high school and graduate instead of dropping out as soon as she achieved fame. There are many entertainers who are high school dropouts.

Really? Just now? She's been around that long?
1 hour ago (1:37 PM)
Yes, she's been around that long. She got her first major movie role when she was 7 years old.

Congratulations to her. It's nice to see a positive story in the Entertainment section. :D

And she still looks weird, I still like her as an actor though she grew up so fast.

I think a change in hairstyle would work wonders for her. That parted in the middle style with the roots showing really isn't attractive on anyone. It doesn't look good on Jennifer Aniston and it doesn't look good on her.

Couldn't they pick a more flattering picture of her? She looks scary in this pic. Apart from that, congratulations Dakota! I loved "The Secret Life of Bees!"

Congratulations! It's nice to see a young star's name in the news for being a normal, well-adjusted person, rather than for negative things. Let's hope more child stars follow her example.

Your micro-bio does not meet my standards.

Good for her and her family, it looks like they tried to give her a "normal" school experience as well as acting. Hopefully the Fanning girls take a lesson from people like LiLo and continue with a normal-ish life.

Congrats to Dakota! I wonder if she will continue her education or focus on acting.Though she didn't stop acting while in high school. Nice to see a teenage actress work on school rather than partying every night.
