Wednesday, July 13th, 2011 - Trapani, Italy - The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, stands on the tarmac in front of a CF-18 at the NATO forward operating base of Trapani-Birgi, Italy.
The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, and Major-General Mark McQuillan, Commander of Canadian Operational Support Command, display the Canada-Kuwait Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Kuwait City. The Memorandum of Understanding is a framework document to allow for logistical support to Canadian operations in Afghanistan.

The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, and Major-General Mark McQuillan, Commander of Canadian Operational Support Command, display the Canada-Kuwait Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Kuwait City. The Memorandum of Understanding is a framework document to allow for logistical support to Canadian operations in Afghanistan.
