To my understanding, most of them are just living as ordinary Cambodian citizens. Duch, the leader of Tuol Sleng(the S-21 prison camp), was the first KR leader tried and convicted for crimes against humanity, and is serving a 35-year prison sentence. However, AhmekKhmer is, to my knowledge, correct in saying that they're still in power; after Vietnam withdrew from Cambodia, they placed a former KR leader in their place to run the country.
