It's hard not to love Rachel Zoe, with her glamorous signature look (permatan, blonde waves, excessively large sunnies) and intensely admirable work ethic.

So we're pleased to present the thrilling trailer for the fourth season of "The Rachel Zoe Project," the Bravo reality show that goes behind the front lines of Zoe's high-stress styling business and personal life.

While kvetchy Taylor Jacobson and fabulously flamboyant Brad Goreski are both gone, Rachel's got a cute new assistant named Jeremiah Brent, who we see getting some tough love from Rach's resident hair and makeup artist, Joey Maalouf:

Joey: "Well I hope it works out for you..."

Jeremy: "What do you mean, 'you hope'?"

Joey: "You're going to fade and she's going to forget who you are."

Ouch. Additional juicy moments include Rachel's biggest Oscars yet (styling host Anne Hathaway! In TEN looks!), tabloid scrutiny over her fall-out with Brad (Page Six makes a cameo), an appearance by Kim Kardashian and of course, the newest addition to the Zoe family, baby Skyler Morrison Berman, who makes for numerous hilarious moments even before he arrives.

Our favorite:

Joey: "Are you gonna let it come out of your vag?"

Rachel: "I'd like for him to just...appear."

The fourth season of "The Rachel Zoe Project" starts on August 2nd on Bravo.

This show is important. As a Psychiatrist, I prescribe it at least once a week to my most "disturbed" patients to help them realize that they are more normal than they think. I should advise video distributers, however, to get ready for a huge demand for the movie "Rosemary's Baby." It's basic human nature for people to want to catch-up on Chapter I before Chapter II is released.

If I want an instant anxiety attack, I tune into Rachel Zoe.

Yes, on a scale of 1 to 10, she's batsh*t control freak insane.

I love Rachel Zoe but there is a difference between "intensely admirable work ethic" and control freak cr@zy.
