FBI arrests two in alleged plot to attack military facility

By Jordy Yager - 06/23/11 04:13 PM ET

The FBI has arrested two men for allegedly plotting to attack a military processing center in Seattle.

The two men — Abu Khalid Abdul-Latif, aka Joseph Anthony Davis, 33, of Seattle; and Walli Mujahidh, aka Frederick Domingue, Jr., 32, of Los Angeles — were taken into custody late Wednesday night after being monitored for weeks.

Authorities were initially tipped off to the men’s alleged plan by a concerned citizen who notified the Seattle Police Department and helped the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force gather audio and video intelligence about an alleged attack on the Military Entrance Processing Station, which serves as a gateway for enlisting military personnel. The recordings allegedly revealed their intentions to storm the center with grenades and machine guns, according to a DOJ statement.

The two men are charged with conspiracy to murder U.S. officers, conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction, and possession of firearms in furtherance of crimes of violence. Both men could face life sentences in prison if convicted of the charges.

The Justice Department (DOJ) called the alleged foiled attack “a sobering reminder.”

“Driven by a violent, extreme ideology, these two young Americans are charged with plotting to murder men and women who were enlisting in the armed forces to serve and protect our country,” said Todd Hinnen, acting Assistant Attorney General for National Security, in a statement.

If this be like other examples fitting a general pattern, then I would guess …
1) these two dudes are black Muslim converts with an IQ of around 80
2) the "concerned citizen" was an FBI informant from the beginning
3) the informant provocateured the situation by suggesting these violent acts
4) the accused will either not face trial or plead guilty to far lesser charges that will give them a few years in jail at the most
Get smart!

The enemy is here. They are in our military. Remember Major Nadal Hassan? The Fort Hood masacre? BTW, why is he still alive?
Now we have one picked up in DC this week that was a Marine reservist.
They are walking across our southern border uncontested. Yet, we are told they are a religion of peace and they are no different than us.
Tell that to the families in Fort Hood that still grieve.

seriously people, WHY does msm insist on keeping hard news from the gentle ears of obama supporters? is it that they think you are too delicate to handle reality or just their way of LYING?

"Barack Obama made another horrible mistake today.

The president visited the 10th Mountain Division today and congratulated them on their service. Then he told the soldiers that he had given the Medal of Honor to Jared Monti who came back from Iraq alive.
Jared Monti was actually killed in Iraq in 2006.

How sad.

"First time I saw 10th Mountain Division, you guys were in southern Iraq. When I went back to visit Afghanistan, you guys were the first ones there. I had the great honor of seeing some of you because a comrade of yours, Jared Monti, was the first person who I was able to award the Medal of Honor to who actually came back and wasn't receiving it posthumously."

How many years did the feebees waste catching up with Whitey Bulger? What a joke!BY Bubbalama on 06/24/2011 at 06:59
Judging from their names, these two are not the evil Christian militants Sheila Jackson-Lee warned us about. And wasn't the Reserve Marine they just arrested a Muslim too? The one taking potshots at the Pentagon & Marine facilities. Guess there might be something to this home-grown Muslim terrorist threat after all. Maybe the House Homeland Security committee should hold more hearings.BY Edward Will on 06/24/2011 at 08:31
