Those numbers for H50 are pathetic. Even as a repeat, a CBS cop procedural should be doing better.
@Sam
It’s summer. It really doesn’t matter what it does in repeats. Most of CBS 10pm shows all do about the same or less.
Hawaii Five-O does not get any better on repeat viewing. It is a show in desperate need of writers.
@ Rob R
I would say in desperate need of a miracle, because next Fall CBS shows do look good and that can make H50 the loser from Monday to Thursday.
because next Fall CBS shows do look good
No they don’t….
Person of Interest might be interesting but dramawise, A Gifted Flop will sink like a rock and Unforgettable feels like “we’re running out of ideas, let’s make a slightly promising twist on The Mentalist that will probably get dull after 4 episodes.”
H50 is sold into syndication already. It’s not in any danger unless it absolutely tanks in the ratings, and even then, I’d dare to say shows like TGW, AGM and Unforgettable will sink faster in the event CBS suffers a huge meltdown.
Not that I’d mind. Sweet revenge.
@fringewill
We will wait for next season then.
I watched all CBS pilots and both POI and Unforgettable were great. Everyone in the room loved them. They both are the typical cop procedurals CBS can produce.
Gifted Man was good , but the Friday spot is the think that can kill it.
I never said Hawaii was in danger , but it will be the lowest rated show from Monday to Thursday next season because POI and Unforgettable will do better, don’t doubt it.
I’m actually impressed with LO:CI’s ratings. These Monday episodes have been marathoned/on repeat for USA now for quite awhile.
I believe many of CBS’ new shows will do well. Terry O’Quinn, Emmy Award winner, has been cast on H50 for a recurring role. This is great casting for the show. Other much older shows on the networks will all see lower ratings in the coming seasons.
I think that a new episode of L&O LA should do better than these ratings. Disappointing.
