You must have the account holder's permission to link a mobile or home/office phone account to a MyConnect account. Home/office phone services must have an active MessageBank, MessageBank Virtual or HomeMessages 101 to be linked to MyInbox. Home/office phone services on HomeLine Part or BusinessLine Part plans cannot be linked to MyInbox.

2. The type of data you can sync is subject to handset capabilities - read more

3. No additional access/subscription charges apply to MyInbox. For BigPond customers, usage may affect your monthly data allowance.

4. Please refer to your mobile phone manual to see if your phone supports attachments and the type of attachments (eg word, pdf, excel etc). Maximum size of each attachment is 1MB, with a maximum email size of 2MB.
