When is it the best time to start eating a healthy diet? | Hello Simplyfit readers. If you read my last blog, you know that I am on a mission to shed 10 pounds by the 4th of July. This goal requires me to lose approximately 2 pounds per week for 5 weeks. I only have a little over a week to go to reach my goal and I am so pleased to report that I only have 3 pounds left!
