Salora Intl. board recommends 45% dividend

Salora International recommended final dividend of 45% on paid-up equity share capital for the year ended Mar. 31, 2008.        
The above decision was taken by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Apr. 29, 2008.

Salora International, formed in 1968 and headquartered in New Delhi, is the flagship company of the Jiwarajka Group. The company operates in three business areas: infocom, component and consumer electronics

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.4, or 2.51%, to settle at Rs 179.4. The total volume of shares traded was 731 at the BSE. (Tuesday)
