Yonsei University’s Korean Language Institute, established in 1959, was the first school in Korea to offer foreigners intensive courses in the Korean language. To this day, it is still considered the place to go if you really want to learn Korean. Its 100 instructors teach some 1,000 students a year. Some 3,437 students have graduated from the program over the last 45 years, while 56,613 students from 120 countries have studied Korean at the institute. It offers regular programs, special summer programs, three-week programs, evening programs, afternoon programs and a special advanced program.Language Course
Course period : 4 quarters a year. 10 weeks per quarter.
5 days a week (Mon. to Fri.)
Class time : 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Level : A course - 6 classes, B course - 8 classes
Curriculum : Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, Grammar, Literature etc.
Tuition: 1,200,000 won per quarter.
