An American Jobs Agenda

Before a Next Social Contract event last week, Mike Lind sat down with Leo Hindery, Jr., chair of the Task Force on Job Creation, to discuss the task force's recommendations to put America back on a path to full employment and economic recovery. Drone Strikes Database

In the face of increased opposition from Pakistan, Peter Bergen writes in this month's Foreign Affairs magazine that the U.S. needs to be more transparent about drone strikes if there's any chance for Washington to win the larger war.

The National Security Studies Program has been tracking deaths from drone strikes in Pakistan. Their data and analysis on the strikes from 2004 to 2011 is available here.
