Eco-park flats to hit market soon

Posted at 16h32, day 02 July, 2009

The Hanoi Times - Savills Vietnam, a property manager, signed an agreement with Viet Hung Urban Investment and Development Company (Vihajco) to become the sole sales representative for apartments in the Eco-Park urban area. The units will go on the market in August.

Once completed, the 8.2 billion USD Eco-Park, covering an area of 500 ha in Van Giang district of Hanoi ’s neighbouring Hung Yen province, will become one of the northern region’s largest urban areas.

In addition to a residential area, a commercial centre, an office building and an 18-hole golf course, 22 percent of the complex’s area will be zoned off for tree planting and lakes.
