Inside the main hospital in Zawiyah, Libya - occupied by Gadaffi forces until Friday night.
But while rebels have now regained control of this strategically important city - just 50 kms from Tripoli - heavy fighting is continuing.
Parts of the hospital, including the surgery department, were hit by mortar on Saturday morning, according to this doctor who is surveying the damage.

"I don't think its right. I do not believe its right. I can't say anything more than that's not right and no one can believe that people stay in this hospital or any hospital. The last time we are here we prevent people from coming here with gunshot but now you see, all the place are destroyed unfortunately."
Outside, the rubble-strewn streets are mostly deserted apart from rebel fighters.
These three soldiers loyal to leader Muammar Gadaffi are victims of the deadly conflict.
'This is the fate that awaits them (Gadaffi forces) if they try and take Zawiyah", says this rebel fighter.
