Gavin serves as President of KIT digital, Inc. since March 2008 where he is responsible for managing the company’s operational activities.

Gavin started his career with McDonalds Restaurants Ltd, UK before moving to Enesco European Giftware, a leading direct sales giftware company. After three years of work on the client side Gavin moved around a number of direct marketing agencies focusing on financial services, automotive, travel, utilities and communications client sectors.

In 1998 Gavin moved to Australia where he joined DDB Rapp Collins, heading up direct marketing activities across accounts including TABCORP, Cadbury, Mobil, and Michelin. In 1999 Gavin founded the Reality Group, a Melbourne-based advertising agency, which attracted such clients as Holden, BP, TABCORP, Saab Australia, Tontine and Dennis Family Corp.

In 2005 Gavin founded Factory212, another advertising agency, which merged with Sputnik Agency in 2006. One year later Sputnik Agency won B&T Interactive’s Agency of the Year award. Gavin holds an Honours degree in Marketing from the UK.
