Sophomore Season 2009-10
Indoor - Earned all-conference honors after placing third in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championship with a distance of 16.99m... raised his personal record in the shot put to 17.01m at the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier... one the shot put competition at the Indiana Relays and Badger Track Classic with throws of 16.94m and 16.53m, respectively.

Outdoor - Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the shot put following an eighth-place performance at the West Preliminary... logged a throw of 17.90m at the West Prelim before stretching the tape to XX.XXm at the NCAA Championship to place 22nd overall... season-best throw came at the DePaul relays with a shot put of 18.05m... placed fourth in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships with a throw of 17.37m... placed sixth in the discus at the BIG EAST Championship following a performance of 51.11m... broke the DePaul discus record at the Cardinal Twilight after posting a throw of 53.89m... qualified for NCAA postseason action in both the discus and the shot put... recorded a season-best hammer throw of 47.17m at the DePaul Relays.

Canadian Junior National Champion in the shot put in 2008... was the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association shot put champion in 2005-06 and was the silver medalist in 2007-08... earned team MVP honors in 2005-06... lettered in track and field for three seasons... set a personal-best in the shot put with a throw of 17.40m (57-1.00) at the 2007 Junior National Championships... personal-best triple jump of 13.34m at the 2006 OFSAA Championships... also lettered in basketball and was named team MVP in 2006 and 2008.
