Young Professionals WorldQuest - Monday, September 26, 2011

WorldQuest in an international affairs and current events trivia contest (much like a Quiz Bowl / Pub Quiz) between 4-person teams (single entrants are welcome). These team can be representative of you company, organization, school or have no affiliation. Teams compete by answering questions and testing knowledge of current affairs, world leaders, geography, recent history, flags, international organizations, countries, regions, the world economy, culture, religion, and more. A full competition is 70 questions, 7 rounds of 10 questions each. The winning team with the highest number of correct answers

WAC-DC Launches Season 2 of World Affairs TODAY

The World Affairs Council - Washington, DC Board of Directors is pleased to announce Season 2 of the Council's television show, “World Affairs TODAY”, premiered Sunday, August 7. The show airs on MHz Networks Worldview every Sunday from 8:00-9:00am EST. The season premiere featured David Ignatius, Washington Post foreign affairs columnist and bestselling author, who will discussed America’s complex overt and covert relationship with Pakistan.
