Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
"Never say 'No to adventure. Always say 'Yes', otherwise you'll lead a very dull life."
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang originated as a story Ian Fleming told his son, Caspar, at bedtime. It is a fantastical tale about a brilliant car that flies, floats and even thinks. This delightful story follows the tale of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and the wonderful Pott family as they embark upon adventures that take them to the sky, the sea and beyond! Familiar to many through the original book, illustrated by John Burningham, the 1968 classic film starring Dick Van Dyke helped mark the story as an enduring classic for children and adults, and the stage show, which opened in London in 2002, continued in bringing Ian Fleming's vision to life.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will soon be taking part in a new series of adventures, written by bestselling author and scriptwriter Frank Cottrell Boyce! Click here for further information.
