Turkish jetfighters violated Kurdistan Region airspace on Saturday, July 10, and bombed border villages and hills in Sedikan sub-district in east of Erbil province.
Eyewitnesses in area told PUKmedia Correspondent that jetfighters began at 3:00am to bomb (Khwakourk, Khnerh, Lolan, Drawa and Mala Mala ) Heights in Sedikan sub-district and lasted more than an hour.
A citizen named Tawfiq Abdullah from Sedikan was wounded and taken to Soran hospital to get treatment.
The bombardment caused panic among the residences of the area and led to big material damages to citizens’ farms and livestock.
