Outstanding Defender Galloway Signs with Nyack Men's Soccer
Men's Soccer
Head Coach Keith Davie announced that Nyack has signed standout defender Seth Galloway to a National letter of Intent. "Seth is an outstanding young man who is very grounded and should be able to organize an upperclassman team from the back line," Davie stated. Davie added, "I'm excited to see how he develops."
Galloway was born in Evansville, Indiana on January 12, 1987. After living in the USA for 6 months he and his family moved to Taiwan for 2 years, and then later moved to Malaysia where he attended Dalat International School until he was 17 years old. During his years at Dalat he led the varsity in scoring his sophomore and junior year. His junior year he stepped into a more defensive position where he was selected to play on the state zone team and was requested to wear the captain’s band.
He and his family then moved to Louisville, KY where he played high school soccer and now plays on a nationally competitive club team coached by Muhamed Fazlagic. He has quickly established his name in the club and in the state of Kentucky as a strong and dependable defender.
