Member Homepage

Your Member Homepage gives you easy access to the features that matter most. This includes an easy-to-read credit summary and quick access to your updated credit reports, latest credit scores, and recent credit alerts. Your Experian, Equifax®, and TransUnion® credit reports are monitored daily to see if key information has changed or if new data has been added. If it has, we'll send you an email to let you know. Your newest unviewed alerts are posted to your Member Homepage, and you can review all of your alerts from the Alerts Center. Key changes include Public Records, Potentially Negative Information, New Hard Inquiries, New Accounts, and Address Changes.

Credit Report Center

Information in your credit report is constantly being added, updated or deleted. It could change daily, or even more than once a day. Your credit report is a snapshot of your credit history at the moment in time that it is accessed. Get a report a day later and it could be a little bit different than the one you just received.

Receive a monthly statement with your credit score, alerts digest, and a summary of the key financial information that lenders may use to rate you. You will also find a summary of all your open and closed accounts, including any delinquencies. Open accounts contain current balances at the time the report was prepared. Account totals, including total debt, are found at the end of this section.

Credit Score Center

Benefit from an array of credit score tools that help build new insights into credit scores. Get credit score tracking with email alert notifications when it goes up or down or moves you into a different risk level. The power tools feature an interactive score tracker to view your credit score over time, a score estimator that allows you to see how various credit behaviors might impact your score, and score factors that shape your credit score.

Alert Center

Smarter alerts let you know when your credit score goes up, down or reaches a personal goal level which you customize. You'll also receive alerts when key changes occur to your Experian, Equifax®, and TransUnion® credit reports. Smarter alerts help you make smarter financial decisions so you'll know the best time to apply for new credit.

Identity Protection Center

Daily monitoring of your Experian, Equifax®, and TransUnion® credit reports with email alert notifications when key changes occur. When fraud or identify issues are identified, a fraud resolution agent is assigned immediately to work closely with the customer to resolve them.

Member Rewards
