Delivery

Products are delivered worldwide.

Once your transaction is verified, goods are dispatched within 48 hours or less, by 1st class Royal Mail delivery. Delivery outside the UK is through Royal Mail by air.

There may be occasions where products are despatched from BioCare and not from foodreactions.org. This would normally be done to avoid delays if products are not stocked at foodreactions.org. However, you will still benefit from the low or free shipping costs of foodreactions.org.

Postal Charges

P&p are kept to a minimum to keep the prices low.

UK deliveries:

Orders with a value up to £24.99 pay just £2.50
Shipping is free for all orders of £25.00 or more

Optional Recorded delivery is available for a small charge. This will need a signature upon arrival.

International Deliveries:

These and are based on the  weight of the package to keep prices as low as possible. The right postage is added automatically to your transaction as you go along with your order before payment.

An option for recorded delivery is also available. This will need a signature upon arrival.

Shipping to Norway

If you reside in Norway, or you wish to ship your products to Norway please be aware the the local customs department does not allow more than one item at a time. To get around this problem you must do separate orders.

Customers from Israel

BioCare have a contract with the local importer of Israel not to sell products to residents. Now since shipping and processing is done through foodreactions.org, there is nothing to stop anyone from Israel to start placing orders again since now they are dealing with foodreactions.org and not BioCare. foodreactions.org is sorry to turn down so many customers in the past. Now you can start ordering and saving. Although foodreactions.org does not have all products of BioCare on the web site, please feel free to contact us with the product/s you need. You will be guaranteed 10% discount on UK prices.
