Here are new screenshots of the 3DS Resi game we all skipped Mercenaries for - Resident Evil Revelations.
Dark and moody scenes are the order of the day, and this looks like a total throwback to the early days of Resident Evil - you know, when it was actually scary.
Capcom today confirmed that the game will give you the ability to erase your save data, and thank goodness for that after the uproar surround Resident Evil Mercenaries.

Looks fantastic! This looks better every time I see it, a day 1 purchase for me. I played the short demo on Mercenaries & was very impressed. It felt creepy like the old Res Evil games, but controls like 4 & 5. The graphics are amazing too. Bring it on!
