CSS Pivot lets you add custom CSS styles to any website and makes it easy to share the result with a short link. An easy way to test it is by adding "html, body { background: green; }" to a website.

The first step is to add an URL to open (on the frontpage):

Short link and Sharing

When you save your pivot, you'll get a custom short url like this: csspivot.com/014dy

User Accounts

Registered accounts have many benefits, including the ability to manage, update and delete your pivots, vanity urls, sharing options, statistics, custom titles, and a lot more (some of it has yet to be implemented though :).
