Monticello Municipal/Ellis Field (LLQ) is a city owned, general aviation airport in southeast Arkansas. Located 2 miles from the city center, the airport occupies 385 acres. There is one runway located at the airport, Runway 3- 21, measuring 5,018 feet in length. A full length parallel taxiway connects both runway ends to the apron area. There is a non-precision instrument approach published for Runway 3.

A fixed base operator (FBO) provides aircraft servicing, including both 100LL and Jet A fuel. Small aircraft maintenance services are also available. Aircraft storage is provided by t-hangars, conventional hangars, as well as apron tie-downs.
