Alastair joined Arsenal last season from a private practice in south-east London.
He qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2003 and then gained experience in academy football with the Scotland Under-16 and Under-17 squads.
After working with elite athletes in football and rugby in New Zealand and Australia for two years, he returned to continue working in rugby in the UK.
At Arsenal Alastair is the matchday physio for the reserve team, and works with the reserve and youth players at London Colney.
