It's Muppet day on TheVine! Check out our video interview with Jason and Kermit here, and our review of the new movie here.

She wears more weaves than an episode of Top Model All Stars, has a fondness for feathers that makes Big Bird blush, and isn't afraid to go Old Hollywood in a way Lindsey Lohan could never dream of, but this embrace of excess is what makes the divine Miss Piggy a true style icon.

Certainly, in her role as Editrix at Vogue Paris she's more buttoned up Americana than sultry, erotique-chic Carine, but sometimes a girl needs to know when to hold back on the flesh-flashing, so we don't mind.

With a hair do that alternates between poker-straight 90s Gwyneth Paltrow, and something a little more along the lines of Dolly Parton, Miss Piggy has never been one to shy away from bodacious beauty looks, a bravery that's landed her collaborations with MAC and OPI.

As far as fashion is concerned, she's sharpened up in her latest round of press tours, ditching the glitzy old Hollywood reliance on Tulle much, rhinestones and puff for trench coats, conservative, sleek tops, and designer dresses. Not that she doesn't retain a love flash. We suspect you could pry Miss Piggy's boa from her cold, dead trotter, and Jean Charles de Castal Bajac, who dedicated a whole collection to her and her co-cast in 2009, would agree.
