Katrina Bowden gets engaged to rocker Ben Jorgensen the night before the SAG Awards 2012

While other actors and actresses reeled in hardware at the awards, Bowden had another reason to celebrate

That's another one off the market, fellas!

Current Maxim covergirl and "30 Rock" funnywoman Katrina Bowden showed off a sparkling rock on her finger as she traipsed down the red carpet at Sunday night's Screen Actors Guild Awards.

"I was so shocked," the actress, 23, told E! host Giuliana Rancic of her engagement. "And I said, 'Oh my God,' and I hugged him."

Bowden's boyfriend of nearly two years, rocker Ben Jorgensen, popped the question "in a beautiful suite at the Four Seasons" Saturday night, just one day before the couple turned out in support of her castmates on show "30 Rock."

"It just happened last night. I'm very excited to show it off today," she gushed.

Said Jorgensen, 28, who used to act as frontman for New Jersey band Armor for Sleep, "It was just the two of us all day and I was like, 'What better time than this?'"

Bowden, meanwhile, had a fair explanation for her speechlessness.

"We talked about it, so it wasn't out of nowhere, but I was so surprised," she says. "That's why I forgot to say 'yes' at first!"
