AT TECH: One of the best leaders, one of the toughest players, and one of the top running backs in Georgia Tech history... a very durable player who played through injuries, especially in 2007... had his high school jersey retired in November, 2007... a first team All-ACC selection in 2007 and a second team pick in 2006... made the ACC All-Academic Team as a sophomore... the ACC rushing champion for the second straight year -- the first player to earn that honor in consecutive years since Virginia's Thomas Jones in 1998 and 1999... rushed for 1,379 yards in 2007 to become the first Yellow Jacket to produce 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons... graduated from Georgia Tech in December.... selected to play in the Senior Bowl, where he rushed seven times for 29 yards.

2007: Started 11 regular season games and sat out the Nov. 1 Virginia Tech game after undergoing knee surgery... led the ACC and ranked 18th nationally in rushing (114.9 ypg)... ranked sixth in the ACC and 61st nationally in all-purpose yards (123.8)... scored 10 touchdowns, all by rushing... caught 14 passes out of the backfield for 107 yards... his first career passing attempt was a 17-yard touchdown strike to quarterback Taylor Bennett in the Nov. 17 win over North Carolina... began the season like gangbusters... rushed for 196 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries and caught three passes for 22 yards in the season opener at Notre Dame (Sept. 1)... extended his streak of rushing for 100 yards to a school-record nine consecutive games when he had 110 yards and two touchdowns on just 11 carries vs. Samford (Sept. 8)... injured his hamstring while running for 31 yards on 15 carries vs. Boston College (Sept. 15)... played sparingly -- five carries for 19 yards -- the next week at Virginia (Sept. 22)... came back against Clemson (Sept. 29) and erupted for 145 yards and a touchdown on 32 carries against the previously unbeaten Tigers... carried the ball 32 times again at Maryland (Oct. 6) for 135 yards and one touchdown... erupted for a career-high 204 yards rushing on 37 carries and caught one pass for 13 yards in his last Orange Bowl appearance at Miami (Oct. 13)... scored a touchdown against Army (Oct. 20) but left the game with a knee injury in the first half... underwent surgery three days later and missed the Nov. 1 Virginia Tech game... returned to the lineup at Duke (Nov. 10) and produced 170 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 24 carries... hit the 100-yard rushing mark once again vs. North Carolina (Nov. 17) with 142 yards on 33 carries... ran 25 times for 134 yards and a touchdown in the regular season finale vs. Georgia (Nov. 24)... carried 12 times for 69 yards (5.8 ypc) in the Humanitarian Bowl before leaving with a sore knee... also had two catches for six yards.

2006: Named second-team all-Atlantic Coast Conference . . . Led the ACC in rushing with 1,473 yards . . . Averaged 105.2 yards (13th in the nation) in all games, including 110.3 yards in ACC games . . . Recorded the second best season rushing total in school history . . . Reached the 100-yard mark in seven straight games and nine of the last 10 . . . His nine 100-yard games are a school record, bettering Eddie Lee Ivery's eight in 1978, while his seven consecutive 100-yard games equals Ivery's record, set in 1978 . . . Scored 12 touchdowns . . . Set a school record with 297 rushing attempts; only three other backs in the nation carried the ball more times in 2006 . . . Also Tech's third-leading receiver with 12 catches for 98 yards

Named to the "All-Bowl" team by ESPN.com after capping his season with a career-high 169 yards rushing on 27 carries against West Virginia in the Toyota Gator Bowl . . . Scored two touchdowns against the Mountaineers . . . Added four catches for 32 yards for a total of 201 all-purpose yards, also a career-best . . . Averaged 136 yards rushing over the final six games

Rushed for a then career-high 164 yards on 34 carries in win at NC State . . . Rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns to help Tech to a 38-27 victory at No. 10 Virginia Tech . . . Gained 138 yards and scored two touchdowns in win over Maryland, including a 15-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter for the winning points in Tech's 27-23 victory.

Rushed for 107 yards in the Jackets' win over Miami, the only back to top 100 yards against the Hurricanes this season . . . Had 64 yards in the fourth quarter, including a 24-yard touchdown run that put Tech ahead 30-16 and was nominated for the Pontiac Game-Changing Performance of the Week.

Accounted for 151 of Tech's 221 yards and scored the game's only points in Tech's 7-0 victory over North Carolina that clinched the ACC Coastal Division title . . . Rushed for 119 yards and caught two passes for 32 yards against the Tar Heels.

Played just one half against Duke but gained 118 yards on just 18 carries . . . Scored Tech's first touchdown on a three-yard run, capping a drive on which he gained all 80 yards on five carries, including a 46-yard, the longest of his career, on the Jackets' second play from scrimmage . . . Had 146 yards, the second best game of his career, against Georgia, scoring on a 10-yard run . . . Added 100 yards against Wake Forest in the ACC Championship game.

2005: Tech's second-leading rusher with 513 yards . . . Tied for the team lead with six touchdowns . . . Added 14 receptions for 76 yards . . . Rushed for a career-high 107 yards on just 15 carries and scored two touchdowns in win over Duke . . . Added 89 yards rushing and two scores vs. Connecticut . . . Made his first start in Tech's win over third-ranked Miami and rushed for 84 yards on a season-high 29 carries against the number one defense in the nation . . . Scored Tech's first touchdown against the Hurricanes on a two-yard plunge, then threw a key block on Reggie Ball's 16-yard touchdown run . . . Made two key plays on Tech's game-winning touchdown drive against Clemson: had a 32-yard run, then took a short pass in the flat and dove for a first down at the three yard to set up the game's only touchdown in the Jackets' 10-9 victory.

AT OKLAHOMA: Backup behind Heisman Trophy finalist Adrian Peterson in 2004 . . . Carried 22 times for 100 yards on the season . . .
