NHS foundation trust directory
This directory contains all the information that Monitor has a statutory obligation, under section 39 of the National Health Service Act 2006, to provide on NHS foundation trusts. This includes the terms of authorisation, a list of the members of the boards of governors and directors, the latest annual report and accounts and the annual plan.
There are currently 141 NHS foundation trusts, of which 41 are mental health trusts and three are ambulance trusts.
