Vigorous physical activity is equal to jogging, bicycling, swimming, rowing, or doing aerobics that causes breathing and heart rate to increase to high levels.
Dynamic stretching: Moving joints slowly through a full range of motion.
Static stretching: The ability to hold a stretched position to a point at which you feel tension, but not pain. Hold the stretch for 10 to 30 seconds and then release it. You may repeat the stretch for the same joint one or two more times, or you may simply move on to the next stretch if time is short.
